At the Jubilee with Pebblebed Federation our approach to meeting the needs of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is supported by the Local Authority. We endeavour to ensure that all pupils, regardless of their specific needs, make the best possible progress in school. We consider ourselves to be an inclusive federation, ensuring that the needs of all pupils are met in a mainstream setting wherever possible. This is in partnership with the families having taken into account the voice of the child.
Our SENDCo is Carrie Goodwin. She is available by contacting the school office on 01395 266535 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org

PARENTS - GET INVOLVED!
We are inviting parents and carers whose child has an Education Health and Care (EHC) plan to discuss potential improvements that we could make to the EHC processes. This builds on the work already done with families in the autumn of 2023 as part of the wider SEND transformation programme in Devon.
An in-person workshop is being held later this month where we will be sharing the findings on the current EHC process and gathering feedback on potential improvements. Unfortunately, we don’t have any more places available on that workshop, but we are also organising further workshops, one-to-one sessions, information sharing sessions, and opportunities to feedback throughout the year, that we would like to invite you to. Depending upon the level of interest, we will try to accommodate you on your preferred session. To register your interest please complete this form and we will get back to you . Alternatively, please follow us on Devon SEND Local Offer | Facebook, where will be promoting each session. Where sessions are oversubscribed, participants will be selected randomly until all places are taken.
Thank you for all the help and support we’ve had in gathering feedback on the SEND transformation programme – we’re working really hard to improve the processes around an EHC plans and we can’t do this without your help and support.
