Health and Well-being Week - what's on offer
This week is our Health and Well-being Week at the school. This week, we working with a wide range of agencies to offer a wide range of activities from oral care, to sleep, to cookery, internet safety, forest school & nutrition amongst many others. The whole week aims to increase being more active, finding an activity that the family can do together, information on where to go for health support, dental health, mindfulness, probably a skipping challenge by the children. Basically, it’s a celebration of what it means to have a healthy body and healthy mind.
This week we are offering a range of after school activities which are open to parents and families: On Monday, we have Fire Pit Cooking making tasty food cooked outdoors; on Tuesday we have Forest School led by our countryside team; on Wednesday we are offering after school Arts and Crafts for all the family and finally on Thursday we are offering Community Online Safety session led by PC Gary Gates, Forest School and Circus Skills! Please register interest in any of these sessions via the school office.
