WW1

Littleham C of E Primary school have had an ‘historic’ week, looking back to 100 years ago, with a particular focus on the centenary of the end of WW1. All classes have talked about this important event, which has inspired lots of discussion and learning including beautiful art work and pieces of writing. The week ended with a WW1 themed collective worship including many of the children and staff dressed in period costume, and a celebration tea in the afternoon. A fitting conclusion to a poignant and memorable occasion.
