Health & Well-being Week

We had a yoga teacher come to teach us some yoga to exercise our bodies and relax our minds. She burned some incense and we were very excited to smell it. We performed yoga moves to nursery rhymes. We concentrated SO hard and really enjoyed it!

 

We also made smoothies and talked about how fruit and vegetables are good for our bodies and keep us healthy. We used all of our senses to explore the fruit and then we cut it up carefully and safely. We were amazed at how the fruit changed when we whizzed it up in the blender with the juice. We gave it a big thumbs up!
