Littleham C of E Primary School
Welcome to our website which we hope will give you a picture of what makes our school a special place to be. We are extremely proud of our growing school which was recognised as ‘good‘ at our last Ofsted inspection (January 2014) and ‘outstanding‘ at our last SIAMs inspection (May 2016).
At Littleham, as a Church of England School, we aim to provide high standards of care and education for all our children, and to help them achieve their individual potential. We want children to be confident, curious and creative, to have high expectations of themselves, to respect themselves and others, to be nurtured in exploring faith by the Christian Values of the school and to make a positive contribution to their community through our core values of Trust, Hope, Faith, Courage, Friendship and Peace.
The school is part of Pebblebed Heath Federation with Woodbury salterton CE Primary School. As part of the Pebblebed Heath Federation, we embrace working collaboratively to improve the outcomes for all children whilst retaining our unique Christian character.
Pebblebed Heath Federation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We have a number of policies and procedures in place that contribute to our safeguarding commitment, including our Child Protection Policy which can be viewed in the Policies section of our website.
Sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns about a child’s welfare. We will ensure that our concerns about our pupils are discussed with his/her parents/carers first unless we have reason to believe that such a move would be contrary to the child’s welfare.
Thank you for visiting Littleham CE Primary website and for your interest in finding out more about the school. Enjoy your visit to our website and please contact our schools directly if you would like to find out more.
